Our Shipping Policy

StickerBeans offers a Flat Rate shipping charge of $3.95 on all orders of 2” and 5” stickers. 

Orders containing larger items (large stickers, books, accessories) are subject to a higher Flat Rate shipping charge of $9.95; the applicable charge will be displayed prior to final checkout.

Please chose UPS as your carrier if you are shipping to the Hamptons, unless USPS is a viable option for your address. ** Should you chose USPS and your order is returned to us, you will have to pay the UPS shipping rate for the second shipment.

All order of $50+ qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Please note our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 4:00PM EST. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. In addition, processing times may vary between 1 - 3 days (see details under “DELIVERY” below).

Processing:

• Orders placed before 10:00AM, Monday-Friday, typically ship the same day (depending on volume of orders)
• Orders received after 10:00AM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday typically ship by the end of the day on Monday (except in the case of holidays)

StickerBeans ordinarily uses the following shipping methods, based on the largest and/or heaviest item(s) in the shipment.

All Stickers (excluding Collector Books and Jumbo Wall Stickers):

• Flat Rate Shipping – US Postal Service 1st Class Parcel: 5 to 7 Business Days
• Expedited Shipping – US Postal Service Priority Mail: 1 to 3 Business Days
• Rush Shipping - US Postal PLEASE VISIT USPS.COM TO CONFIRM ACCORDING TO YOUR ZIP CODE. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.

Collector Books and Jumbo Wall Stickers:

• Expedited Shipping – US Postal Service Priority Mail: 1 to 3 Business Days

StickerBeans reserves the right to substitute shipping methods based on availability and fluctuations in price, as well as the specific and/or dimensions of a shipment.

We only ship to delivery addresses within the United States, including the District of Columbia. Please note we do not ship to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO locations. Rush Shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

All orders are shipped from Cresskill, NJ, and will be delivered as soon as possible. Note that shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed based on any representations on this page or elsewhere on this website. For example, our carriers may experience delays based on factors such as weather or high shipping volume during the holiday season. Additionally, while our turnaround time is very quick and most orders will ship within 24 to 36 hours, shipping times may fluctuate depending on order volume.

Notifications and Receipts:

StickerBeans.com will email you an order confirmation, if you have provided an email address with your order. Tracking information is provided in the confirmation email.

Damaged Items:

Lost Packages:

In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification via email, within thirty (30) days of order placement. We will arrange to send a replacement order to you.

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the amount of the purchase, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage required.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in shipping. To safeguard your return, we advise you to obtain a tracking number and package insurance.
