StickerBeans® SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship orders quickly! As a result, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.
If you chose USPS and your package is returned (ie: Hamptons homes) you will be responsible for the cost to reship via UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: All Orders that contain a "pre-order" item will be shipped complete when the item is available.
Non-Expedited Shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and are typically received within 4-7 business days after being shipped.
Expedited Shipping orders take 1-2 days to be processed and are typically received between 1-4 days after being shipped.
When calculating shipping time, do not include weekends or Holidays. Order fulfillment cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability, payment verification, and shipping carrier delays. The customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or stolen packages. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. International Shipping Cost - Sorry, we do not offer International Shipping at this time.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed shipping charges for both ways to cover return shipping. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with a return. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please include your name, address, and the original invoice.
